Our mission is to create “constructive discomfort” in education leadership in order to give voice to the voiceless and belonging to those who have not felt as though they belong. We do this by facilitating daring leadership programs, revealing the individual strengths of school leaders, and engaging in executive education coaching conversations.

Create Brave Spaces
We intentionally create brave spaces so all district, school, and campus leaders at all levels can come together, tell their unique stories and learn to be courageous in order to do the hard work necessary in creating brave cultures. We create spaces so leaders can put down the hustle and pick up authenticity. We create brave education leader communities to sustain this work and support one another.
Belong
Every individual wants to belong, not just fit in. We facilitate programs and coaching that will allow education leaders to know, understand, and use their unique strengths, build a support section so they can show up in a brave and new way, and create allies, accomplices, and co-conspirators in order to build spaces where everyone, including themselves, can show up in all their humanity.
Constructively Disrupt
We believe leadership is not a title or position. Leaders in districts, at school, and on campus are found at every level. We believe it is past time to disrupt the traditional approach of identifying, developing, and supporting education leaders. We believe it’s time education leadership becomes more representative of the students and communities they serve. We believe it’s time the voices of the unheard be heard and the unseen be seen.
